Sending an order from this website starts a conversation; it does not reserve a date or complete a sale. We confirm availability for your date, the delivery fee and the final total with you on WhatsApp, and nothing is agreed until you have accepted those.

Prices shown here are the prices we intend to honour. Where a piece is already booked for your date, or a price is shown in error, we will tell you before anything is agreed.

Prices are in Nigerian naira. Whether VAT is included is shown at checkout and in the message you send us. Delivery is quoted separately by zone and is an estimate until confirmed.

Delivery timings are estimates and depend on the piece and your venue. Collection from the store is free. Where we are styling your event, access times are agreed with the venue in advance.

Our hire, returns and cancellation position is set out in full under Delivery & Returns. Custom pieces made for your event are not returnable.

Photography and copy on this site belong to Sophlexx Luxury Decor. Photographs of past events are representative: colours, florals and balloon shades vary between setups and between batches.
